Our head physiotherapist, Karine Rogers, completed a Bachelors Degree in Physiology in University College Dublin, Ireland. She followed this with a Masters in Physiotherapy in Northumbria University, UK. For the last five years, Karine has worked in various private sports injury physiotherapy clinics in Singapore. She has experience working with professional and recreational level soccer players, rugby players, skiers, triathletes, ocean paddlers, dragon boaters, crossfit enthusiasts and boxers. She has worked at a variety of International level rugby events which demands excellent acute injury management skills as well as concussion management. Karine maintains an active lifestyle in her personal life. Over the last ten years she has actively taken part in crossfit, squash, marathon running, outrigger canoe, dragon boating and hiking. This experience in a wide variety of sports has developed her understanding of movement related sports injuries as her area of special interest. Karine's focus is on treating the cause of the problem, not just the symptoms. She believes in the importance of educating her patients on injury prevention. Her treatments are based on scientific evidence and best practice. She continually engages in professional development to keep up to date.
